Over one year ago, Toolkit onboarded an infrastructure manufacturer with over 65 facilities into our TRI Tool and saved them nearly $400,000 in consultant costs and reduced in-house time by half. In addition to the internal resources saved, they were able to cut out other consultant work related to TRI reporting. Over a three-year period, this means that transitioning to Toolkit’s TRI software will save their business nearly $1 million in consulting costs alone. That $1 million savings does not even account for the value gained by the internal resources having more time.
